1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the (SOURCE OF FUND TF/GF/RF 2024) intends to apply te sum of THREE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TEN PESOS(PhP330,210.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for UPLB-RES-101-11-24, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRANDED AND BRAND NEW CHEMICALS AND CHEMICAL PRODUCTS FOR NCPC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
