1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the (SOURCE OF FUND TF/GF/RF 2024) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS(PhP1,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for UPLB-RES-001-02-25, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRANDED AND BRAND NEW LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR PHTRC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
