1. The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte, through the 20% EDF intends to apply the sum of P 15,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Upgrading of Sagbok-Plaridel Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte now invites bids for Upgrading of Sagbok-Plaridel Road. Completion of the Works is required to be completed within 120 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract within two years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, similar to the Project.
