1. The National Irrigation Administration - Ilocos Norte Irrigation Management Office, through the CY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand One Hundred Five PESOS & 23/100 (Php 6,548,105.23) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Tambidao CIS, Package 2; Construction of Canal Lining and Canal Structures; Repair of Communal Irrigation System Fund; CY 2025 with Contract No. INIMO-2024-10-032. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
