Supply/Delivery of Catering Services w/out Venue
1. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the funding source CY 2025 General Fund COA-PAO PR No. 0170-CB-25 intends to apply the sum of Php 180,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Catering Services w/out Venue - IB No. G-039-25 (2nd opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
