Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office-Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RFO-CAR), through the 2025 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (P3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract “Supply of Labor, Materials and Equipment Rentals for the Construction of Cistern in support to HVCDP”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
