Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY OF FUEL (DIESEL) AT PEO DEPOT FOR MASS TRANSPORT SUPPORT SERVICES AT PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF TARLAC.
1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through General Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,750,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Fuel (Diesel) at PEO DEPOT for Mass Transport Support Services at Provincial Government of Tarlac / B-G-2025-020-L. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
