Invitation to Bid for the SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES
OPHTHALMOLOGY
1. The DAVAO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (DRMC) through the GAA/MB/Income 2025 intends to
apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Pesos Only (PhP
3,884,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for Supply & Delivery of Medical Supplies - Ophthalmology under ITB No.2025
02-0065. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DRMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required
in the Section VI - Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two
(2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The
description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
