Invitation to Bid for the SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES-OPHTHALMOLOGY
1. The DAVAO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (DRMC) through the GAA/MB/Income 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 2,962,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Drugs and Medicines-Ophthalmology under ITB No.2025-02-0064. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DRMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required in the Section VI - Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
