1.The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM), through authorized use of funds under SAA NO.:2024-02-0202 HFEP intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P540,000.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project: SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF ONE (1) UNIT BRAND NEW LABORATORY CENTRIFUGE (RE-BID) with reference no.: BAC-IB no.: 2025-B-38. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The RITM-BAC now invites bids for the above-mentioned Procurement Projects. Delivery of the Goods shall be based on Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) indicated in the Philippine Bidding Documents (PBD).
