    Supply, Delivery and Installation of AV Equipment for the ICC Breakout Rooms, AVR at the Admin Bldg. and Auditorium at the CCDL Bldg.

    The UP Open University, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Two Pesos and Forty-Five Centavos (PhP2,142,892.45) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply, Delivery and Installation of AV Equipment for the ICC Breakout Rooms, AVR at the Admin Bldg. and Auditorium at the CCDL Bldg.” (IB No. 24-12-003). Bids received in excess of the approved budget for the contract (ABC) shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

    The UPOU now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required by 15-30 days for Audio-Visual Equipment upon receipt of Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order.
