Invitation to Bid (ITB)
1. The Local Government Unit of Barangay Obong, through the Realigned Funds of 5% GAD 2024 intends to apply the sum of ₱ 100,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and On-Site Delivery of Construction Materials for the Perimeter Fencing of Day Care Center at Sitio Tubod, Obong, Dalaguete, Cebu. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Obong through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the abovementioned Project. Completion of the Supply and On-Site Delivery is required within 14 Calendars Days, from the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
