Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Installation of One (1) 50-TR Direct Expansion Type Packaged Air Handling Unit as Replacement of the Old/Existing Unit Serving Meeting Room 1
1. The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), through the Approved Budget for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php5,050,000.00), VAT Inclusive, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of One (1) 50-TR Direct Expansion Type Packaged Air Handling Unit as Replacement of the Old/Existing Unit Serving Meeting Room 1 (PICC APP2025-MC-52). Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
