    1. The DepED - Division of Quezon, through the Funding Source, Government of the Philippines (GOP) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY NINE PESOS & 00/100 (P1,120,369.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to eligible payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS SUPPLIES, FURNITURE, ICT AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT FOR Q1 OF FY 2025, Lot 2 (Repost). Bids received that exceed the ABC shall be rejected at bid opening. The award of the contract is subject to the effectivity of the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2025.
