Description : 1. The City Government of Pasig, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through
the Executive Budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-One Million
Eighty-Six Thousand Five Pesos and 55/100 Only (₱21,086,005.55). Bids received in
excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
2. The City Government of Pasig now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Various
Office Supplies and Equipment (Framework Agreement) - OGS (Re-bid). Delivery
of the Goods is required within 45 calendar days upon issuance of a Call-Off or any
date determined by the PE. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years
from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The
description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly,
in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a
nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules
