Description : 1. The PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through the Indicative 2025 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php2,508,920.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges with the total ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Mining and Safety Equipment for Mine 3 Coal Project (2 Lots)(Re-Bid). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
