1. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, in accordance with Sections 7.5 and 7.6 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR), allowing Early Procurement Activities (EPA), intends to apply the sum of PESOS: Four Million Three Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Six Hundred (Php 4,386,600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Various Medicines for The Annual Physical Examination 2025 And Medical Consultation of MMDA Employees and Dependents.
