1. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan, through the Trust Fund (PR#2024-12-9202) intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Six Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (P16,649,900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Medical Oxygen [Standard Type (Refill), Flask Type (Refill) and Compressed Air (Refill)] and Hand Wheel & Stem at Pangasinan Provincial Hospital, San Carlos City, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
