INVITATION TO BID
The Barangay Buayan, Mlang, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY PESOS ONLY (317,240.00) being the approved budget for the ROAD REHABILITATION (PHASE 1 ) OF BUAYAN, MLANG, COTABATO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Barangay BUAYAN, Mlang now invites bids for the ROAD REHABILITATION (PHASE1 ). Contract duration is SEVEN (7 calendar days). Bidders should have completed, within SEVEN (7) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Document, particularly, in section II instruction to bidders.
Bids must be accompanied by a security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in section 27 of the revised IRR.
