Various Janitorial Supplies
P.R. No. 2025-02-041
1. The Province of Guimaras, through the Other Supplies and Materials Expenses (5-02-03-990) sum of Five Hundred Eighteen Thousand, Eight Hundred Fiftheen Pesos Only (Php 518,815.00 ) being the ABC to payments under the Supply and Delivery of Various Janitorial Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Guimaras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within (10) ten calendar days upon receipt of approved NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
