Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SUPPLIES FOR THE AMBULANCE
(BID NO. 0023)
1. The City of Iloilo, through the LDRRMF CY 2025/ 1.1 Operational Expenses - Supplies for the Ambulance intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos (₱349,875.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Supplies for the Ambulance. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City of Iloilo Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
