INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROJECT
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES FOR “KADUNUNGAN PROGRAM - GAMIT MO, SAGOT KO”
1. The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (₱3,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for: Supply and Delivery of School Supplies for “Kadunungan Program - Gamit Mo, Sagot Ko” with reference no. PR4979. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Gubat now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required within 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed at least within the last two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
