1. The Local Government unit of Pagbilao, through the Approved Budget by the Sanggunian - GOP, MDRRMF/General Fund, Annual Budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Six Pesos and 89/100 Only (P 2,900,746.89) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Rescue Equipment, Other Supplies & Materials / 2025-B03.104. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government unit of Pagbilao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
