Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of Regular Housekeeping Supplies
1. The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), through the Approved Budget for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION THREE HUNRED THIRTY-FIVE FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVEN PESOS AND EIGHTY CENTAVOS (Php2,335,607.80) VAT Inclusive, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF REGULAR HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES (PICC APP2022-MC-22 and PICC APP2025-MC-23). The Procurement Supplies consists of the following lots, with the corresponding sub-ABC:
LOT I - SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TOILET TISSUE PAPER, INTERFOLDED PAPER TOWEL
AND JUMBO TOILET TISSUE PAPER Php 1,081,090.80
LOT II SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES Php 1,254,517.00
Bids received in excess of the sub-ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
