Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PLASTIC TABLET ARMCHAIRS
(BID NO. 0060)
1. The City of Iloilo, through the SEF Budget CY2025 II.MOOE 4. Supplies and Materials Espenses 4.5 Procurement of Semi Expandable Furnitures-Furniture and Fixtures intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos (₱15,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Plastic Tablet Armchairs. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected atbid opening.
2. The City of Iloilo Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Twenty (20) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
