Description : The Philippine Center for Economic Development (PCED), through its Bids and Award Committee (BAC), intends to procure Laptop for the project SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT BRAND-NEW LAPTOP FOR THE SPECIAL PROJECTS through Section 34 - Small Value Procurement of Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act.
