Description : Invitation to Bid for Supply and Delivery of Office Supplies and Materials under General Fund- Consolidated (2025-1st Half)
The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Nine Pesos and Thirty-Four Centavos (1,452,369.34) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Office Supplies and Materials under General Fund- Consolidated (2025-1st Half). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
