INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR THE 1ST QUARTER
1. The Municipality of Camalaniugan, through the GENERAL FUND CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Nine Thousand Five Hundred Thirteen & 92/100 Pesos (P409,513.92) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR THE 1ST QUARTER with an ITB#2025-28. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Camalaniugan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
