1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, GF-TL-JRBGH-Philhealth Collections Medical Dental and Laboratory Supplies Expenses, intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred and 0/100 Pesos Only (PhP1,511,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Nebulization set / Pedia and other items; PR No. 25-0201 dated February 10, 2025; SN 27 - 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
