Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks for 300 Pax to be Served during Buntis Congress
The Local Government Unit of Pambujan, Province of Northern Samar through the Trust Fund-PMNP, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php165,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks for 300 Pax to be Served during Buntis Congress”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Pambujan, Province of Northern Samar, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks for 300 Pax to be Served during Buntis Congress. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
