1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, LSB-Sec. Educ. - OMOE - Brigada Eskwela, intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thousand and 0/100 Pesos Only (PhP1,600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Latex Paint; PR No. 25-0190 dated February 07, 2025; SN 24 - 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
