Description : Philippine Normal University South Luzon intends to invite suppliers for the Supply and Delivery of Laptop with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php 70,000.00).
In this regard, PNU SL invites all qualified suppliers/providers to submit their quotations not later than 1:00 p.m. of March 5, 2025, for all items described under the attached Terms of Reference along with the following requirements:
1. Latest Business/Mayor-s Permit
2. Valid PhilGEPS Registration Number/Organization ID/PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration
3. Latest Income or Business Tax Return
4. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (GPPB prescribed format), accompanied with proof of authorization if applicable
