INVITATION TO BID
“Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Supplies for use of San Jose District Hospital”
1. The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro (PGOM), through the FY 2025 Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Eight Thousand Three Hundred Nine Pesos Only (P1,608,309.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Supplies for use of San Jose District Hospital” (Ref. No. 089-2025). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PGOM now invites bids for the above-entitled Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed within three (3) years before the date... - Documents :
