Invitation to Bid for Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Supplies and Laboratory Reagents for San Marcelino District Hospital (SMDH)
1.The Provincial Government of Zambales, through the Trust Fund C.Y. 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Eight and 70/100 Pesos (P 2,467,508.70) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines for San Marcelino District Hospital (SMDH)/Goods 36-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Provincial Government of Zambales now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Twenty-One (21) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
