DA8-Goods-2025-50 (ID No. BT-25-GOODS-HVCDP- 57201-0042)
1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the HVCDP-25 CURRENT FUND intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (5,000,00.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Jackfruit Asexually (Grafted) Propagated Certified Quality Planting Materials.” Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within per schedule. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
