Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
"SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT EQUIPMENT"
1. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 4,120,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for "SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT EQUIPMENT" with the Purchase Request Number 320240905169-0-2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 120 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
