Description : Invitation to Bid for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GOODS FOR STOCKPILE

The Local Government of Oras, through the General Appropriation Act of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand One Hundred Thirty Five Pesos Only (Php 700,135.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GOODS FOR STOCKPILE (CB-GOODS-2024-017). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government of Oras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (10) Calendar days from receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project, The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
