INVITATION TO BID
“Supply and Delivery of Fuel for use in the Operation of PDRRMO (MAPSA Area)”
1. The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro (PGOM), through the FY 2025 Calamity Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Pesos and 80/100 (P1,113,940.80) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Fuel for use in the Operation of PDRRMO (MAPSA Area)” (Ref. No. 114-2025). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PGOM now invites bids for the above-entitled Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed within three (3) years b... - Documents :
