INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUEL FOR MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT VEHICLE
1. The Municipality of Kitcharao, through the General Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Five Pesos (Php 1,499,995.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Fuel for Municipal Government Vehicle with an identification number of 01-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Kitcharao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders) and the items to be delivered are as follows:
