Supply and Delivery of EVRAA 2025 Uniforms and Bags for Athletes, Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Officials
1. The DepEd, SDO Biliran, through the FY 2025 Special Education Fund (SEF) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Four Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Pesos (P904,350.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of EVRAA 2025 Uniforms and Bags for Athletes, Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Officials (Goods-2025-EPA-004). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DepEd, SDO Biliran now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by February 2025 (2 weeks before the event). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
