INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR LANTAWAN ECO PARK LAKESIDE DEVELOPMENT
1. The Municipality of Kitcharao, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty One Pesos and Twenty Four Centavos (PHP 1,259,981.24) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for Lantawan Eco Park Lakeside Development with an identification number of 07-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Kitcharao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within forty five (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders) and the items to be delivered are as follows:
