SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRAND NEW CRAWLER-TYPE EXCAVATOR WITH HYDRAULIC BREAKER
The Municipal Government of Ambaguio, through the Budget for Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of SIXTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (16,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRAND NEW CRAWLER-TYPE EXCAVATOR WITH HYDRAULIC BREAKER FOR LGU-AMBAGUIO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
