INVITATION TO BID FOR
Supply and Delivery of Amoxicillin 100 mg and Other Goods
(Bid No. 105-02-2025)
1. The Province of Siquijor, through the PHO 3000-1-01-013-2 200 502-03-070 funds intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (1,000,000.00), Supply and Delivery of Amoxicillin 100 mg and Other Goods (Bid No. 105-02-2025) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Siquijor through PHO now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Amoxicillin 100 mg and Other Goods (Bid No. 105-02-2025). Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
