Invitation to Bid for Supply and Delivery of Advocacy Tshirts
1. The Local Government Unit of Santa Maria, Romblon, through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Thousand and 00/100 Pesos (Php 140,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Advocacy Tshirts. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Santa Maria, Romblon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 20 days after NTP. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
