1. The Local Government of Sta. Rita through the (20% Agricultural Program of the municipality (General Funds) intends to apply the sum of P 1,999,999.98being the ABC to payments under the contract for [Supply and Delivery of 18 units Shallow Tube Well @ Municipality of Sta. Rita, Pampanga] PB-24-11-32]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The [Local Government of Sta. Rita] now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by [10 cd]. Bidders should have completed, within [10 cd] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
