Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1 WHEEL TYPE EXCAVATOR
1. The Local Government of Maconacon, Isabela, through 2024 DF and as per Authority to Supply and Delivery of 1 Wheel Type Excavator intends to apply the sum of Six Million Thousand Pesos (P6,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Supply and Delivery of 1 Wheel Type Excavator ”. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Maconacon, Isabela now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of 1 Wheel Type Excavator in Maconacon, Isabela is required for a contract duration of 20 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
