SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1 LOT FIREWALL APPLIANCE - SOPHOS XGS4300 APPLIANCE WITH XTREAM PROTECTION
AND WEBSERVER PROTECTION
1. The Bureau of Animal Industry, through the GAA Fund (FY 2023 Continuing Appropriations) intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P1,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 1 Lot Firewall Appliance - SOPHOS XGS4300 Appliance with Xtream Protection and Webserver Protection under IB No. CEFA-SB-2024-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bureau of Animal Industry now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 90 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
