Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE LIVELIHOOD IMPLEMENTATION OF SAMAR FIELD OFFICE
1. The DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT REGIONAL OFFICE NO. VIII, intends to apply the sum of ₱1,995,520.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Supplies and Materials for the Livelihood Implementation of Samar Field Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT REGIONAL OFFICE NO. VIII now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
