Description : INVITATION TO BIB FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR PENRO SULTAN KUDARAT FOR CY 2025
PR NO. 2025-03-050
1. The DENR PENRO SULTAN KUDARAT, through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act intend to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos (1,335,000.00) (VAT inclusive) being the ABC for the payments under the contract for Procurement of Security Services for DENR PENRO Sultan Kudarat for 7 security guards to be assigned at DENR PENR Office and CENR Offices of this province covering from April 2025 to December CY 2025. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
