Description : 1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION-UPPER PAMPANGA RIVER INTEGRATED IRRIGATION SYSTEMS DIVISION IV (NIA-UPRIIS DIVISION IV) intends to apply the sum of TWENTY THREE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE AND 66/100 PESOS ONLY (₱23,955,335.66) for the Construction and Implementation of NIA-UPRIIS Division IV Infrastructure Projects for FY 2025. Bids received more than the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
